Spreading Kindness and Positivity

The Junior League of Murfreesboro is proud to lead Find the Good Day, a day dedicated to spreading kindness, positivity, and good deeds throughout our community. This special day invites everyone—members and community alike—to come together and create meaningful acts of kindness, no matter how big or small.

On Find the Good Day, we encourage participants to focus on the good around them and make a difference in someone’s life. Whether it’s volunteering, offering a helping hand to a neighbor, leaving a kind note, or simply sharing a smile, every act of kindness has a ripple effect that can brighten the lives of others.

Through social media, we ask participants to share their good deeds and reflections, inspiring others to take part and keep the positivity going. Together, we can amplify the power of kindness and show just how much good exists in our community when we work together.

How You Can Get Involved:

• Perform acts of kindness in your community.
• Share your experience on social media using #FindTheGoodDay and encourage others to do the same.
• Nominate local heroes or spotlight someone making a difference in your life.

Find the Good Day is more than just a day of kindness—it’s a movement to uplift our community and remind each other of the power of positivity. Together, we can make Murfreesboro a better place, one good deed at a time.
