11 competing teams begin decorating trees on Wednesday, November 29. for the coveted award of WINNER, all proceeds to benefit Junior League of Murfreesboro Horizon Scholarship.

HOW IT WORKS

Patrons Party Awards

Trees will be unveiled at the Patrons Party on Thursday, November 30, where they will be evaluated according to competition rules and receive juried awards that evening. Attire is festive cocktail, parking is free, heavy hors d’ourves and cocktails.

People’s Choice Awards

Competition trees will remain on-view for Discovery Center guests to enjoy throughout the holiday season. Tree decorating teams will continue to compete for votes online during the on-view period from November 30, 2023, through January 2, 2024. Each online vote costs $5, and voters may cast as many votes as they wish. On January 3, 2024, the coveted Peoples’ Choice Award will be announced.
